People have their own lives by which they fulfill their evolutionary biopsychological needs. Toward this end, we have society to build more human structures than those imposed upon us by our natural environments.
Although I regret I never completed Boy Scouts, I think it is wise to 'always be prepared'. Preparation is the crux of opportunity; it is providence for hair-trigger choosing down the road.
